Hassan Kibirango

Hassan is passionate about Leadership. He desires to see leaders grow and thrive. He has particular interest in emerging leaders and has mentored over 260 emerging leaders in a flagship Mentorship Program called 30 under 30 Mentorship Collective. Hassan has over 18 years of experience in business and organizational leadership, Hassan has experienced firsthand what it means to lead at the fore. He is a prolific communicator and has spoken widely on different forums, from corporate boardrooms to public forums like the TEDx platform.

Hassan holds a Master of Arts degree in Leadership at Trinity Western University in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. He is a Certified John Maxwell Coach and has also received a Global Diploma from the International Coaching Federation as Certified Professional Coach, He has received leadership certification from the Institute for National Transformation and The International Leadership Foundation. He holds a Public Speaking Certification from the renown Dale Carnegie Institute. Hassan has authored a book titled: “The Gift of Monday” (Finding the abiding joy of work on the day dreaded by most.) He serves as Founder and CEO with Africa Leadership Collective, Rwanda’s premier Leadership development company.

Mr.Venuste Twagiramungu is the Founder of TRES Infrastructure, Rwanda’s pioneering tower company that he grew from the ground up into a mature enterprise attracting private equity investment. Stella Ford Mugabo

Country Director at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change

Stella Ford Mugabo is the Country Director and Senior Counsellor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where she leads a team of experts advising governments on strategy, leadership, policy, and delivery, with a focus on technology-driven transformation. A former Cabinet Minister in the Government of Rwanda and Strategic Advisor to H.E. President Adama Barrow of The Gambia, she has over two decades of experience in governance, institutional capacity building, and policy reform. Stella has worked closely with international partners including the World Bank, AfDB, and UNDP, and serves on several boards in education and governance. A Chevening Scholar, she is a passionate advocate for Africa’s unity, leadership, and sustainable development.

Sheilla Umutoni is the Co-Founder and Director of Programs at Elevate Training Solutions, a Public Speaking Trainer, Certified Behavioral Analysis Consultant, and Certified John Maxwell Team Member. With over five years of experience in training and facilitation, she equips leaders and professionals to communicate with confidence, emotional intelligence, and influence.

A lawyer by training, Sheilla combines analytical rigor with a people-focused approach, making her sessions both practical and transformative. As an active member of Toastmasters International, she continues to sharpen her communication craft. Her expertise in behavioral analysis and leadership coaching enables her to help individuals and teams adapt to diverse audiences, build trust, and strengthen their impact in high-stakes environments.

An award-winning communicator with over a decade of experience in public speaking and leadership development, he has coached hundreds of professionals to overcome presentation anxiety, build executive presence, and communicate with confidence in high-stakes environments.

With a background in Telecommunications Engineering, Joshua brings a unique blend of technical expertise and persuasive delivery, equipping leaders and teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
